段淼博士赴美国参加Photonics West并在会上展示海报

段淼博士在2018127~21日于美国旧金山参加西部光电子学会议及展览会(PhotonicsWest),并以海报形式展示了课题组的相关成果。Photonics West是全球光电子行业的国际盛事,汇聚国际顶尖光学机构和研究所专家及领域精英,武汉光电国家研究中心代表团通过参加该国际会议,将其优秀成果亮相国际舞台。本次海报的题目是Efficient hole-conductor-free printable mesoscopicperovskite solar cells based on hybrid carbon electrodes”。摘要如下:

The exceptional photovoltaic propertiesdemonstrated for organic-inorganic hybrid lead halide perovskites haveattracted tremendous attention around the world. The intriguing optoelectricalcharacteristics include strong absorption coefficient, high carrier mobility andlong charge diffusion length. The power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) ofperovskite solar cells (PSCs) have now been boosted up to a certified 22.7%within a few years. Based on ambipolar type carrier transport properties of theperovskites, hole-conductor-free (HTM-free) PSCs have been developed, whichsimplifies the configuration of the devices. Previously, our group hasdeveloped a carbon based HTM-free printable mesoscopic PSC and achieved acertified PCE of 12.8 % with high stability. Herein, we reported a new hybridcarbon electrode based on ultrathin graphite/carbon black for HTM-freeprintable mesoscopic PSCs, and obtained a PCE of 13.83%.
